Ringy has taken a trip to Goboland to have a good time this summer! Goboland is a Gobo-styled resort on a tropical yet Gobo-y island, and it so happens that Nathalia, the person who gave Ringy her makeover (the makeover was revealed on my 300th project), founds and hosts it! Ringy and Nathalia will be having some fun in Goboland for 5 days straight, making memories along the way! This is Day 4: Gobo Ghost Blaster Exhibit. Did you know that Goboland has a room that can simulate a Gobo Galaxy? Well, that room can also simulate hologram Gobo ghosts (that can sometimes shoot hologram lasers)! Ringy and Nathalia decided to take the place a visit, board a ship (in which Nathalia pilots and Ringy shoots), and get some Gobo-y ghost popping action. Don't worry, these holograms are not real Gobo creatures and they are actually programmed to be popped by players. Also, even though real space has no air, the simulation does in fact have air. Kinda more like night-sky than actual space. Use the mouse/your finger to move and click/tap to shoot. Each type of Gobo ghost has a different amount of HP, so shoot at them as much as you can! Also, popping Gobo ghosts gives you points depending on whether they shoot lasers or not and letting a Gobo ghost pass deducts 1 point regardless of type. Touching a laser or a Gobo ghost will only stun you for a moment, rendering you unable to shoot. This project is actually inspired by and references other projects that @Twin138956Scratch gobified, those being: - https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/443550760/ - https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/449487475/ - https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/451646875/ - https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/534878841/
Day 4 is here, and is rather more action packed than the previous 3 days. See the instructions for more information about the scene. Oh yeah, I also wanted to mention that even though this may seem like a game, I actually consider it to be a simulation instead, since there's no objective or lives and is not considered as a sandbox like Evil Rabbit Simulator or my very old Voxel Builder. The room itself that the project takes place in is even considered as a simulation area. - Credit to @Twin138956Scratch for the inspiration and references to his gobified projects. - Credit to all of the creators of the original projects of the remixes mentioned in the instructions. - The music is from Home Alone 2 (SEGA Genesis). - The number/score renderer is by me. More specific credits in regards to the concepts of the Gobo ghosts can be seen in the project.
