Instructions

It is 68 million years ago in North America. All seems quiet at a large lake as an otter sized creature scuttles across a fallen log in the water. However, he is not an otter, and isn't even related to them at all. This is Didelphodon, one of the largest mammals of the Cretaceous. With powerful jaws and a streamlined body, he is perfectly built for scavenging and hunting aquatic life. Despite this, he is completely dwarfed by the dominant species of this planet... Suddenly, vibrations are felt as the lake began to ripple. The Didelphodon suddenly looked up in fear, wondering what it was. Eventually the source of the sound approached and the mammal knew what it was: it was a young bull Triceratops, the most common dinosaur of his time. His huge head was ornamented with two colossal horns above his eyes, and one on his nose. Meanwhile, a massive frill protrudes from the back of his head and is used for courtship or as a shield when he fights. For now, though, he was simply here for a dust bath. Using his strong limbs, the Triceratops kicks up some of the dust to create a small dust cloud. He then wriggles his body vigorously, causing the cloud to become bigger. The lapping of the water made a calm environment while he took a breath of fresh air. After a few minutes, the Triceratops gets up and begins to walk away. His dust bath was done.
