there he is Meet Neil! This guy's powers are insane! He isn't calm like his younger cousin, William, though. Instead, whenever he feels a strong emotion, things around him orbit and "tornado" around him, which is his element! He can't control how much destructiveness he has, but whenever he feels like it, he involuntarily activates his power!
