{Chapter Prologue} I cry out into the distance. Alone, no one, except for me. I watch as a mixture of my bl00d and tears are in front of me. I am defeated. Shut my eyes for a long time. I scratch my paw in front of me as I watch red emerge. The battle field has no sign of life. If no one else is alive, why should I be? Why me? Images of my parents race through my mind. Then I have a surge of shock. Something pulses through my mind. I stand there still. (Switching point of views) “Oh poor thing,” a cat thought while she flew down from Star Clan. She watches the main character, Moon Shard intently. The cat from Star Clans name is Sapphire. Sapphire has strong empathy for Moon Shard. She winces while she looks at Moon Shard frozen in time. Sapphire walks up to Moon Shard, who is crying but her face doesn't move due to Sapphires appearance. Sapphire sheds a tear that freezes on her face. She is the same species as Moon, a Nabi Neko. She walks up and touches her nose with Moon. And forces them both to close their eyes when doing so. Moon Shard then has multiple images dance in her mind. A tiger roaring fiercely then flailing in water. Her parents de@th, her wounds and then her 5 siblings are smiling at her. Then she gets images of unrecognizable dy!ng Nabi Nekos that are fighting. Then every image swirls into nothingness until another Nabi Neko appears. Bright like the sun, and fur as cold as ice. "Hello, Moon Shard." She snickers then fades away. {Chapter one} Panting heavily I wake up. I raise my head and hit it on a branch. Where am I? I wonder. I look around and see no one here. I sat there dazed, feeling my head. I'm sitting under a tree while insects buzz around me. But I didn't recognize these insects, they were new. They haven't been where I lived at least. "Where I lived, where I lived, where I lived?" I repeated aloud. I-I don't remember. Crystal? "Crystal?" I call my older sisters name. Tears start to rise in my eyes. Then, I see the diamond on my chest light starting to fade. "Oh no, no, no that's not good!" I worry. "I need to find my family!" I get ready to fly then it hit me. My head hurt as all the memories flash through my mind. The Beol Nekos attacked us. They have razor sharp stingers for a tail. Their leader! That's who killed my parents! My mind replayed everything but once I hid behind the bushes and brambles, and they left, I don't remember anything. I rub my eyes with my paws and sit there contemplating. The gem! That's what I needed! But where is it? Oh no, I lost my family to some freaking honey eaters and here I am sitting around. I get up trying to explore the area around me. I sniff the forest trees and just take in, how large of a forest this is. My ears droop as I gaze at the canopies above. I smile at the lil' birds chirping and start to giggle. I walk forward without thinking about it because of this sudden urge to explore. I feel the soft, cushion-y grass under my aching paws. It was moist and squishy. I was used to stepping on soil and dirt. I blink away tears as I gaze what's ahead of me. I focus on getting one paw ahead as a slight breeze hits. A firefly buzzes around my face as my gaze follows it. My head circles around then I see a face. I yelped and stumbled back. A spirit like cat chuckles from my reaction. "Wh-who are you?" I stammer. She tilts her head having a warm smile, not responding. I start backing away to run then she reaches out for my paw, locking her gaze with mine. "Please stay, for a little chat, if you don't mind." She says calmly. I rest my paw on the ground, tense. "So tell me, what's your name?" "Why should I tell you?" I say, defensive. "Ah no need to be protective, I'm deceased! So I can't hurt or violate you!" She laughs. I stare at my paws mumbling, "Moo-Moon Shard" "Ahh ain't that a pretty name." "Wh-what is yours?" "Saphire," she nodded her head. "Oh, I should be leaving, bye!" "Wait!" Moon ran towards her. "Where is my tribe?" She whispered.
