Adjust the scale and offset so you can see the whole graph, like in the thumbnail. I noticed that the results can vary between different web browsers, so it might be worth trying with multiple browsers.
This is a very primitive CPU usage monitor. The higher the dots are, the more likely your CPU is being used. A reduction in dot density also indicates more CPU usage. This will have the best effect on single-core machines. I would suggest running some kind of CPU or GPU benchmark to make a noticeable difference to the graph. I noticed that the red dots will go up significantly if you run another project in a second window.
