Context (for people not in the SOSC/OSC): In the beginning episodes of BFB, viewers could recommend random characters to appear as background characters in the show. There were many recommended characters, but the most popular where Sotp Sign, and Winner. One of the creators confirmed that they both weren't going to appear in the debuts. When the debuts did happened however, Winner made their appearance despite earlier statements, but Sotp Sign was still nowhere to be seen.
