To make your own, go inside and go to the sprite's sounds. Delete all the sound in RECORD HERE by clicking and dragging over all the soundwaves and clicking edit, then cut. Click on the record button, and make your own recording. Make sure the recording is 1 second or less, and if the sound waves don't look very big, click and drag over the sound waves, and click effects, then louder, 2 or 3 times. When you start up the program again, type y for the first question, and then give how long your recording is. It has to be exact, like 1.03 so you can't just put 1 second if it's around that length.
