I originally made this in July 2022 but never finished it until now. The first thing you'll notice is the list takes significantly longer to generate, but really I've made it so a translation can only appear once in the list, including the original input, meaning each translation is unique and more interesting. The most significant part of this update, however, is more languages are now generated. Instead of just translating to the 47 languages Scratch supports and back to English, it first does this once, then twice, then 3 times, and finally 4 times with every possible combination. This means you'll end up with a tiny 4.9 million combinations if you wait long enough. But of course, it'll probably be significantly less due to the filtering.
