I refuse to get into a fight with someone about this. ————————————————————— You’ve seen the projects, the comments, and the hate against recoloring art. And so have I. It’s getting annoying. I get it, you don’t like recoloring. But people are acting so childish about it. Making it a bigger deal about something that doesn’t deserve to be this big of a deal. It’s literally someone remixing your project and changing the color of your art. If you dislike it so much, just put a watermark. But I don’t think people realize that when you join scratch, you’ve signing up for this kind of stuff. Like get over it. Sure it may be annoying, but stop making such a big deal about it. And I don’t think people are taking the person that recolored feeling’s into consideration. There is a very good chance that the person that recolored is a young person. They didn’t know it was wrong. And I doubt that someone told them prior, “Don’t recolored art! It’s bad!” I’m sure they’ve been told stealing is bad, but I don’t think they think that recoloring someone’s art is stealing. So stop getting so mad at them. If they’re older, sure I get it. They should known better but just stop. People are leaving Scratch because of this. Scratch wasn’t meant to be used to just share your art with people. It was made for coding. Go take your art somewhere else if you hate it. ————————————————————
