Her whole family was dead. Her parents, her four siblings are gone. Except her older brother and herself. She got turned into a demon, instead of death. She is a powerful demon than the others. Her brother procted her, and he became a demon slayer, to k!ill the demons, to put this to a end. He taught Nezuko to not harm humans, because he taught her that humans are her family.
