here's what he does he roams the halls, when he's sees the player he'll stop and ask them for a quarter in return for a b-soda or zesty bar (it's random every time) if the player doesn't have a quarter they'll just leave, if the player does have a quarter they'll take the quarter and replace it with a b-soda/zesty bar. Using the safety scissors on them will cause them to break for 30 seconds, allowing the player to escape and attracting Baldi
