Instructions

Living in the forests and plains of Gomaca, the Longuscollidon is the behemoth of Teraminos. Reaching a colossal size, this beast undoubtfully is one of the most successful old age animals of Teraminos. Description The Longuscollidon can grow up to 30-40 metres long and weigh up to 110 tons, which makes it the largest land animal of Teraminos. A huge club lies at the end of its tail, which it uses for defence against would be predators. The Longuscollidon also has a short trunk, which it uses to gather food from huge trees. 6 quills sprout from a huge sail running from the beginning of the neck to the tip of the tail. Both of these are used for display. Diet Despite its gigantic height, the Longuscollidon is a gentle plant eater. It usually feeds off of leaves and fruit of trees, using its prehensile trunk to gather food. Sometimes, it uses its massive bulk to knock over taller trees with ease. Migration During Winter, the Longuscollidon migrates to warmer rainforests where it will stay until Summer arrives. During this migration, creches of younger animals will form a huge line called a Trochospito for protection. Despite this, younger animals often don't make it to their destination due to predation. Ecology The Longuscollidon is one of the most common large creatures on Teraminos, forming a huge 60% of the population. When young, they are most vulnerable to predators at this time, but a healthy adult is simply too large to be taken down by predators. The Longuscollidon tolerates small carnivores and any herbivore in its territory, but will try to intimidate large predators by stomping the ground and lashing its tail.
