Backstory: (This is in a different universe) Also it's kinda sad and badly written Kiiran (the character in the CCE) had a friend named Ambera. Ambera was supportive of Kiiran after they came out as non-binary and lesbian, and she was a true friend. She came to grief when Kiiran lost their parents, and gave them gifts on their birthday. (Yes this is a very very Earth-like universe) But then the 'mic happened and Ambera got sick. Kiiran tried to help and cared for her, but she lost her battle. Kiiran wasn't ready to say goodbye. Kiiran then was dragged by some wolf to another dimension. They saw polaroids of they and Ambera, and they looked at the photo of Ambera they always carried. They began to remember all their moments with Ambera. Why did they have to say goodbye? They didn't want to.
