Please don't report me for my opinions 1. They unfairly ban people and pick and choose between appeals -Three people got banned at the same time that I did, they were all unbanned between 1-3 days. I've sent like six emails and it's been two months. My friend suspects they don't like unbanning people with high follow accounts, but that's unfair and discriminative - you don't choose your follower count. -My friend got banned for sending around results for a contest, that's crap. 2. The filter bot is crap -I get muted almost every day and the time of my mute increases every single time. None of my mutes are deserving. It's usually misinterpreting something (you've seen some of my projects with screenprints and you don't understand) and it really annoys me as I'm usually replying to someone I want to talk to, or trying to send reminders which need to be done and I have to do it on another account and then have to keep switching as this is my main. 3. Fricking Art Theft and Favouritism too -My CYCLIST art got stolen after I got banned and I started bawling my eyes out because this is MY art, and I have my own merch shop; I use it on YouTube. I drew it and put effort into it, I don't think people have the right to just take it - even without credits scratch team do nothing, not even when I was featured. The person that stole my art was actually spotted by my friend, @iqona, she tried to talk to them nicely to take it down and they were HORRIBLE to her - and got away with just an alert... (or nothing, but they never got banned). Worst part is there's nothing I can fricking do. 4. Creative Commons License Yeah, it sucks because people can use your stuff anywhere on scratch. Try stealing my stuff on YouTube. At least YT take copyright seriously. 5. I swear it's built for three year olds and not eight+ They've almost made it too kid-like if you ask me. 6. I hate that you can get permanently banned for sharing your dacord tag If you're leaving scratch or want to talk about deeper things I really don't see why you shouldn't be allowed to post it. Facebook is personal information, but dacord isn't - it's not quite personal info like other social media sites and dacord literally saved my life (and wpad). It's just unmoderated chat, but you should be 13 anyway. And if we're not allowed to type dacord tags on scratch, how else are we supposed to get them to each other if we really want to? 7. Youtube is so much better Their community guidelines are so much better. And at least there I can develop my series to be a little more mature. At 16, I don't want my series to be some innocent fairy tale, I want to include murder, blood, knives, and stuff, including a little bit of romance. 8. A lot of featured projects don't have any effort I don't know if you've seen the row, but I have been paying attention and a lot of them don't even have that much effort. There's some things which deserve to be featured more. And the other week the scratch team even featured something which was a remix of a remix of the original, and barely anything had been changed. The original one deserved to get featured. 9. Most of the updates are getting dumber, and the site is starting to break more now than ever. You agree, right? The studio update happened right before my life casting, ew gross. I'm nearly 17, this just isn't the place for me anymore.
