Space & W PRR B6sb 1644 was Built in 1918 for the Pennsylvania Railroad and would work for the PRR until May 1958. in 1964 the Newley established Mechanicsburg & Southern. The M&S was a tourist railroad and got to work restoring 1644 and 3 years later in 1967 the little switcher started hauling tourist trains. in 1981 it went in for rebuild and in 1986 came back into service again hauling tourist along the M&S. in 2004 it again went out of service for a major rebuild however work has been slow and the M&S just doesn't have the funds however the work is about 55% done.
