This repeats (var) changer times: sets its X pos to 40 / (var) ct, puts the pen down, and repeats 360 / (var) ct + 1 times, move (var) ct steps and turns (var) ct degrees. Direction rotates each time the flag is clicked, so it sometimes develops inaccuracy. (Link below for better accuracy) That is a (brief) example on how this thing works.
