¡Hola! I’m here again with some more art, entering yet another contest. I should probably let y’all know that I’m taking a small break from digital art, but I doubt it’ll be long enough to really affect my posting schedule. Not that anyone actually looks at my stuff. Anyhoo, I was originally going to draw both Kat and Ivy (I figured I had a better chance with them because less people had drawn them), but my taking-of-a-break caused me to not be able to finish the Ivy one, if I randomly decide to speedrun it before July 7th then I suppose I’ll enter it as well. But as of right now, this is a,l you get, sorry. I was trying to think of a good pfp-worthy pose for her, and I decided to make it so that she’s just chilling, eating a PB&J, and some shmuck decided to take a picture of her for no reason. I tried to make her look surprised, not sure how well that worked though. As an antisocial little introvert, I can imagine she’d be pretty caught off-guard if someone snuck up on her and took a picture of her while she was trying to eat her lunch in peace, poor thing. I had some trouble with the schematics of her face, particularly the nose, but I think it doesn’t really look that bad now that I’ve finished. I added some more flair to her hair, mostly because I was having trouble drawing the portion that went over her forehead. And of course, the hands look very…. chunky, but just ignore that- All in all, I don’t think I’ll get first place, and that is not a criticism of my own art, I just feel like while this was a good piece of artwork, it’s not really prime pfp material. But I’ve been wrong before, so let’s wait and see! Hasta luego~ -Lawn
