Demetri is an odd fellow. He chooses the worst times to be silly and the worst times to be serious, usually under the influence of his friend carl. He's been looked down on by his co-workers alot, the reason is mostly because they are all girls and they just wouldn't understand. Demetri is also very cocky and thinks an idea is good until he actually does it (spoiler, it ends up with him being shouted at by Heather).
