Instructions

Regarding the Cat show Monopoly (which became super-aged even though it's just weeks) I've decided to scrap that and make a card game about it, combining Go Fish, Rummy, and Monopoly: The Card Game into one, ultimate game! HOW TO PLAY: Deal each player 10 cards, and place the rest of the cards face down as the draw deck. One side next to the draw deck will be a stock of point counters (similar to damage counters in Pokemon TCG) and another will be the discard pile. Pick a player to go first then play proceeds clockwise. On your turn, draw a card from the draw deck and add it to your hand. You can either: Play: Play an action card (marked by a black border) into the discard pile, then follow the action. But be careful! They could "No-no" you before taking that action! Trade: Take 1, 2, or 3 cards from your hand and pick a player to trade. You must trade the cards you'll like to trade with the same number of cards that the player picked. Your turn ends after doing the above actions. Try to get three-of-a-kind of character cards, If you do, go out. You must have at least one complete three-of-a-kind set of character cards, but you cannot go out If you still have at least one incomplete set. You're allowed to hold a WIIIILD card as any type of card. You can't go out when you have a stop card unless you have a green flag card. Once you go out, the hand ends. Score points per complete set as indicated on one of the cards on that set (most cards are worth 3 points, but some are worth 2. (sorry Tera)) Score extra points per improvement card (indicated with the purple-blue border), and whoever got the luckiest cat cards collect 5 extra points, If there's a tie, go rock-paper-scissors to decide the winner of the lucky cat jackpot. Only the player who goes out can also score for yellow-bordered bonus cards. Collect the corresponding point counters and the winner of the previous hand will be the next dealer. At the end of the 4th hand. The game ends and whoever got the most points, wins! If there's a tie, decide by rock-paper-scissors again.
