A mix between Badger, a Crab and birds, they have large golden coats, massive claws, stalk eyes, decorative feathers on their forelimbs, massive talons on their back feet, a beak & a set of mandibles. 2. Do any traits your beast have, serve a purpose in evolution? Their golden coats help camouflage them in their environment. Their claws help prevent their prey from flying away. Their stalk eyes allow them to see in all directions, helping them keep track of where they are as their eyesight is pretty poor overall as the golden terrain reflects a lot of light. Their beefy builds give them enough power to weigh down their prey and prevent it from flying away even more. Their short tails, help with balance and are quite sensitive so they can feel mild vibrations through them allowing them to feel where things are. 3. Does your beast have subspecies with different traits? A more combat-oriented subspecies exists but they live more on the outskirts of the golden cliffs, they have larger more jagged claws and their tails and also a bit longer, they also have sharper fur, sorta like a hedgehog. 4. What does your beast eat? They are carnivorous, their main source of food being the prides of griffons that lay roost in the area. 5. What are your beast’s natural predators if any? Rather than a natural predators most of them die from falling off the cliffs while in pursuit of griffons as they are quite clumsy. 6. Where does your beast, fit in the food chain? The top. 7. What kind of habitat does your beast live in? Golden cliffs. 8. How does your beast care for the sickly, elderly or young? They take good care of their young, alowing them to grow up and hunt along with them when they are old enough. However the sickly and elderly get abandoned. 9. Are your beasts group creatures or solitary? Group creatures. 10. Are there any special cultures/rituals that your beast has/performs?
