The theme of this MAP is the same as the title: Duality! (Thumbnail rules at bottom of Instructions) RULES: (READ THEM BEFORE ASKING FOR A PART!) - Each part must showcase the duality of a character/person/event/idea etc. (I'm gonna say "character" in the rest of the rules for the sake of conciseness, but the same things apply if you are doing an event/idea/etc.) - You can choose any character for your part to focus on as long as they fit the theme, and they can be from any fandom, from real life, or purely from your own imagination, it's all welcome. - AMV, PMV, or a mix of both are all acceptable, but if you do PMV make sure there are several frames in the part. - You must have some art experience. It doesn't need to be much, but I want the part to look good. - NO backdrop animating - Please no stick figures - Nothing offensive - Some violence is okay as long as it's not enough to get the project taken off of Scratch - Submit finished parts as remixes of this project. - Limit 3 parts per scratcher (for now) - No limit to how many parts you can be a backup for. - When you ask for a part, you must tell me [1] what character or thing you will feature, [2] what fandom they are from (if they are an OC who's not connected to a fandom or if they're from real life, say that instead,) and [3] your tentative plan/ideas for how you will show their duality. This info doesn't need to be in any particular order or format, but make sure it's all there. - No codeword but if you don't have those elements^ I will assume that you didn't read the rules. -Intro and Outro (Part 1 and part 33) have their own special rules! If you choose one of those, know that you will not have as much freedom in what you animate. I will give you the instructions when you ask for the part. - Please start the code for your part with the broadcast block "When I receive [whatever your part is]". I have already set up the messages you need to start the parts. - If you do your part about an OC you are strongly encouraged to also give a little info about them / their background, either in your comment or in the notes of your project with the finished part. (Not mandatory tho) - There is a chance I will put the finished MAP elsewhere, like YouTube, once it's done (though I might not.) If you don't want your animation to be outside of Scratch, let me know and I will only include yours in the Scratch version of the MAP, so your animation won't be put on YouTube. - If you do a backup part it may be used on the YouTube version of the MAP even if it's not used on here, so you're strongly encouraged to be a backup once parts are filled! There can be a different person as backup for every part. - Rules are subject to revision if I deem it necessary. - If you break any rules your part may be taken from you and given to someone else. THUMBNAIL RULES: - It has to have the title "Duality" as well as something along the lines of "A completed MAP" or "Complete MAP," and the duality theme must be clear. -Know that I will have to pick just one.
