Read everything first please ~What is a Rotating OTA?~ OTA stands for Offer To Adopt. If you see a design that interests you, you can offer art or characters/designs to win them! The best offer (if there are multiple) gets that design! Where does the rotating part come in to play? Well, in a normal OTA, there are just a couple designs and no more are added. In this one, though-and others like it-, more designs will be added occasionally! ***RULES*** -Do not use the characters unless you have won them and have completed your payments -Do not put yourself or others down -You must use your own art for payments -You may only win one design per batch -If you win a design, you may alter the design/species, but it MUST still be recognizable! And you must credit me for the design! -I won’t hold the characters unless you offer for them, for example if you ask me “I don’t have time to offer right now, could you hold (design name) for me until I have more time?” I’m going to have to politely decline. However, characters will be put on hold until payments for them are finished by the person who’s offer I’ve accepted. -Please post payments in a remix project so I can access them easier! -You May name the designs whatever you want once you complete your payments!
