Whilst we're waiting for Tiles: Pen, here's something easier to work with. Credit to: RL2015 for I, II, Unofficial III, and Remastered C2045 for III R3 for R and New R 30ISR (my past self) for IV Notes: Tiles apart of alliances are given an outline. The color of the outline is the same for all tiles in the alliance. Fields get 2 outlines.
