So it calculates time taken to send and receive data through translate and uses that to wait a few seconds before checking the variable. This houses the fastest connection detection on Scratch ever! Then from the project page, I click the sprite, and the Cloud var changes to 1. Scratchers can read Cloud data but New Scrctahers cannot.
