OTA stands for Offer To Adopt. It mean to offer art or points ( after the rules is what im looking for) and if I accept you draw or send the points you offered and I will give you the character. An example offer could be something like "for pink ghost I will offer 3 customs, and an icon" ୨⎯ Rules ⎯୧ ★ No under / over offering ★ No stealing, tracing, etc ★ Credit me for the design! ୨⎯ What I want ( from most to least) ⎯୧ ★ DA points !! If offering 100+ points il draw a fullbody of them, and if offering 300+ a complex ref! ★ Art ★ Customs ( will be a little picky ) ★ Premades (also picky)
