Strongest Feat: Using a lazer to one-shot a god Chara/Frisk: Fastest Feat: Keeping up with Asriel Dreemur in pacifist. Strongest Feat: One Shotting Asgore and Toriel who both have very high stats and at the end of the genocide route destroyed the entire world ------------------Spoiler Why (So and So) Wins-------------- Chara at first glance should lose becuase Bill Cipher has better stats. Chara only has faster speed and base strength but when it comes to smarts, power, and durability, Bill has them beat. But of course, Chara can reset time when they die and can try over and over until they succeed. Bill is never shown to be able to know about this stuff but even if he does, he can't really combat it in anyway, so Chara ultimately wins here.
