To celebrate my 700th project (it was really fast); It's time for another remix battle!! Mega is back with three new forms, Bove's equipment, a charge phase AND a Phase 2! Mega has gotten a bit of character development since V1, so he will actually give an explanation this time. Here are the rules: 1. OP-ness is allowed, but cheating isn't. However, for each phase, the limit to how OP you can be increases! 2. You can change the music if you want, it just needs to be intense enough for the battle and not low quality. 3. Don't prevent or remove Mega’s attacks. Blocking and dodging is fine. 4. I'll decide who moves first. 5. Don’t make Mega do stuff on your turn.
