This is Nebula Knight. He can kill you in 1 hit. Attacks: Discord Dash- He teleports somewhere nearby you and he is preparing a big dash that can sweep you. Nebula Arcanium- He conjures up a nebula showering Chaos Orbs all around and he can attack while the nebula is active. Quick Attack- He runs at you at a slow speed. He occasionally charges at you. Make sure to not be too close or he'll catch up.
