I had a few other things to do and I'm not exactly feeling it for theme songs right now ;w; I do want to get back into it though- Edit: I also switched up the order of the theme songs slightly just so there's more flow and the "element of surprise" in my opinion lol, so now Clocks is before Sing Me To Sleep instead of after Oh Ms Believer. [Warning: mention of pistol in one of the songs!] Now, I know these probably won't be as much use to you as they would to STR or something for theories. But, I mean, if you want, I can give you a summary of the story or whatever and THEN you can follow along or something. But I'm just saying, these are for fun, not like comic material or whatever XD Now, currently these are all what I thought of lol. But maybe I might do what he thought of at some point if there's a good one I want to do, but for now it's only ones that I thought of and checked in with John with :'D Anyways, onto the theme songs >:") - Nico - Nico and The Niners - Twenty One Pilots (it had to be done :") )* (this art is old lol- okay maybe not like OLD old, but it looks old lol) John - Levitate - Twenty One Pilots (I love this song so much-) Kale - Typhoons - Royal Blood (Warning: there is a gun in this theme song drawing. If you get triggered by this sort of thing, you may skip this theme song) Nico - Little Pistol - Mother Mother Flint - Trouble - Coldplay ??? - Youth - Daughter Cleo - Clocks - Coldplay (might try to find a better sounding sound file soon ;w;) Rolaine - Sing Me To Sleep - Alan Walker Kale and Rolaine - Oh Ms Believer - Twenty One Pilots (ignore how I got the title spelled wrong in the picture-) Nico - Trouble's Coming - Royal Blood - Also, I forgot to mention, that if art looks older in some parts, it's because I drew Nico and the Niners and Little Pistol in around June. The others were drawing between the end of August and now. They look better than the other two B)) though I am going to make up for it with a cooler looking Nico theme song- (aHEm: Trouble's Coming babyyy B')) ) *this one obviously isn't that important, but I mean, it kinDA suits him in a way I guess, y'know? And I know we used this as a joke but why not lol And I know you guys are going to point out the joke but y'know, it's a theme song so whatever lol If you want I can explain a few to you, except for…future ones…in which there's only, like, one, but maybe if I think of some more future ones (possibly with Rolaine hehe) and I draw them, then…:') But anyways, hope they look good :'D And tip: like I said a million times (to you John, to everybody else, I don't know lol), try to think outside the box a little bit. I don't always go super literal with the lyrics, but sometimes I mean exactly what it is. Try to play around a bit (though Typhoons, Trouble, and Oh Ms Believer are pretty literal and straight-forward, don't need to think too hard with those two) ;D and like I said, some of them are more outside-of-the-box like than others. I'll leave you to figure that out yourself >:") And on Little Pistol…no, Nico does not become blind in one eye. Think about what his eyes would do when he uses his powers. :') Tiny bit of theory material for you. But no, Nico does not get a gun XD And I understand LP could've been drawn differently, but this is what I was thinking of (kind of-) when I thought of the theme song. So y e a h Also, the quality on Typhoons is kinda lame because when I was finished drawing and was about to import it onto scratch, I realized that I had been drawing on the wrong canvas. The entire time. So I had to crop it to the right size and that kinda distorted the quality ;w; but I don't think you can see it t o o much- just go in full screen for better quality ;") but it's sad because I'm really proud of itttttt like the shADING AND LIGHTING HOW DID I DO THAT The only reason I probably spent so long on Oh Miss Believer is because of thE FREAKING HANDS. HOLDING HANDS. DRAWING TWO PEOPLE HOLDING HANDS IS SO HARD. But anyways, what was I gonna say about this theme song- right :'D That. That theme song. Literally screams Kale. I can literally even imagine him singing it. Like, I feel like the singer sounds so much like what Kale would. Sort of. Almost. But like- that is probably close to my head canon voice for Kale, if I don't find a better one. But LIKE HIS VOICE SOUNDS SO BEAUTIFUL AND SWEET IN THAT SONG I LOVE IT SO MUCH AND IT LIKE S C RE A M S KALE LIKE WHAT And I just realized scratch destroyed the quality on Kale's mouth in that theme song lol-
(cont.) Lol Trouble is kinda a spoilery theme song for Flint's backstory which I very vaguely have in mind :'))) not like, super super important though. I mean he was a geneticist and working for something that basically ends up creating the "thingy", but like still- I also think I have a thing for putting characters in the bottom left corner or in the middle pfft I have a lot of ideas though, and another thing I did was thought of some possible ideas by listening to CCF theme songs lol- I mean, a lot of the songs in CCF theme songs were used in other comic theme songs so why the heck not :'D so expect some updates more; I just need to set them in stone and draw them out, with more unique placements and fonts X'D (and there will be some Frosty theme songs or Frosty related theme songs soon >;"D) Edit: I finALLY GOT A GOOD QUALITY SOUNDING SOUND FILE FOR LEVITATE Y E S IT SOUNDS SO MUCH BETTER- AAAAAAAA LIKE I MEAN IT LITERALLY SOUNDS LIKE THE ACTUAL RECORDING- THAT GOOD. WH Okay now why am I thinking that Ben Thatcher's (I'm pretty sure he's the lead singer of Royal Blood-) voice would work as a possible head canon voice for Nico- I mean, it doesn't sound e x a c t, definitely not, but…it has that vibe and tone that gives me Nico vibes lol Edit to this: hAHAHA I GOT IT BACKWARDS- Ben Thatcher is actually the drummer, Mike Kerr is the singer lol X'D so I'd be saying that a possible head canon voice for Nico would be Mike Kerr, haha.
