This is the Merls of Time RP. You also have to have one Merl and one Human for your Merl to count. Everything is the regular except the tail and color. The tail must be lighter then the scales! This is where the tail can disappear. The scales are the skirt unless you put scales all the way that would be jeans. Color is personality: Blue- Shy and odd Red-Chatty and annoying Green- Calm and collected Yellow- Worried and frighted easily Black- Bossy and mean I'M IN SPACE!
