Rules 1:If HP is 100, wait time for attack is 1. if 200, wait time is 2. and the maximum, 300 HP is a wait time of 3. 2:Your attack can only deal 1 damage. 3:You can have a heal, but only 5 HP. 4:You can't change anything that doesn't belong to you. 5:You can ADD battle music, but you can't get RID of any. 6:Be sure to enjoy!
Mini Legs is a special case. he has the normal 100 HP, but he can deal 2 damage. The problem is, it takes 5 seconds for him to pull such a move. Shuriken's heal was meant to be a SELF heal, sorry.
