ohmygoshcosmoanimatedhumanswhat Yeah it was a pain. Less of the fact that I haven't drawn as many humans as cats, and more because the stupid parallax scene refused to cooperate to any degree. I had to restart several times while drawing it, and because I was an idiot and forgot to save my progress before merging the layers. It was very painful Then it looked terrible when I exported it. That's why the code is how it is. I also added too many fireflies *inhales* It's really easy to get caught up in the downsides, so here's some stuff I like: Overall, the colors for the parallax scene are nice. I had less issues with that since I planned a bit more than I normally do beforehand. I found out how to make it so the eraser only partially erases, making for a cool, less painful to work with, ghost effect Designs actually don't look that bad. Sooooo, what's going on here? I figured going up and challenging a weird tree-forest creature was pretty heroic, so here's Willow and a ghost that canonically has no name chatting with Tel'Avon, the aforementioned weird forest creature, so Willow can escape the pocket-dimension... place that she's managed to get stuck in. The ghost stole her flute and decided to tag along. Because why not. Yeah. That's the basis of it. Oh, I almost forgot, the carved fox is actually important and not something I just kind of threw in. It's actually a birthday gift from her brother. Actually, the brother gave her a willow log because he panicked and forgot until the day before. Willow likes whittling wood, so she made a fox out of it.
@hstarlight for hosting The palette was fun.
