-Rules- ➳Semi to experienced animators only! ➳Use @Storm-Blazes oc (refs inside) and yours ➳Intro and parts 1-10 should be more happy and energetic ➳Parts 11-27 and outro should be sadder, with your oc comforting Storm ➳In parts 11-27 use one of those heart rate things (example in refs) ➳Follow the refs for Storm ➳Follow the pallet for the background (other shades/variants of the color are allowed, just keep the base color pretty much the same) ➳Codeword is inside ➳No stealing art ➳No tracing (using refs on google for the backgrounds is fine, though!) ➳Fill out the form ➳Only 2 parts per person! ➳Use the bg pallet for TNE's ➳ For TNE's make the words a little bit glitched out (see the thumbnail for an example) ➳Your part has to be a remix
