so, i have a theory why chicas eyes are so sunken. so it starts like this, so when phone guy says that they tried fitting the older models (the withered ones) with the new tech, i realized that when they tried to do that, one of the engineers could have lifted her mask up, but the wires that hold her lower and upper jaw together was to rusty, so the mask got stuck, and the left chica like that in parts and service.
