AAhhh yes Steels max form. No one has ever scene his max form up to face. Not even Steel knows what it looks like. But its VERY and I mean VERY Powerful but comes at a cost. Steel loses his Ki fester then ssj3 goku ever has. He has At least time to do One Huge blast or 5 powerful punches...
