wow so this guy was, in 2018, known as 'Nebu', which was weird, because, without my knowing, he was basically beta Nebulous, but then he was lost to the depths of old oc purgatory now he has returned, with a whole new avenue of lore, also involving the previously ref-sheeted Slate so ghosts exist they're the people, who by unique circumstances, weren't brought into the Spirit Realm by Ankh, and so are forced to walk the mortal plane forevermore, and as such their features morph and they become hellish and monstrous forms of their past selves So Sol here, he can see the ghosts. From a young age, he is bullied by this little clique of really mean ghosts, and he has one friend, who is also a ghost. People are very concerned about him, as they can't see the ghosts. He does magic, and he wants to be a magician. He becomes a magician, but then the ghost clique sabotage his show and now he's broke, resigned to his caravan. He meets a prehistoric ghost, Dune, Ankh's sister, who unfortunately died before Ankh turned the Spirit Realm into the afterlife, and this ghost child, who would become Slate, but is right now just referred to as 'Blank'. He figures out a way to get them to the Spirit Realm by rocking up to the Shadow Kingdom and using their special afterlife-contacting stuff. Does he have permission? Maybe. Dune gets to hang out with her brother after like 50 000 years, and 'Blank' is turned back into a baby so they can live an actual life. Solitaire agrees to look after Slate and now he drives around Cerritulus in his caravan, fighting the mean ghosts, and getting the nice ghosts into the Spirit Realm. About a decade later, another character gets in on the fun, I will probably reveal her soon. Also the ghost friend is still there. Solitaire has the voice and personality of Chase Devineaux from Carmen Sandiego and I regret nothing.
