Each dot represent a binary digit. Two first columns represent a hour (24 hour format), third and fourth columns represent a minute, and fifth and sixth column represent a second. To read a time, add the values of green dots in each column and combine them. For example, the time on the thumbnail is 04:16:54: Hour: 0 and 4 Minute is 1 and 6 (2+4).
