CS2 Media Holdings is a CS2 Company made by CS2 So it includes CS2's STC Channels. In 1990, CS2 created a new company named CS2 Media Holdings, it uses the 2D version of the TF1-styled CS2 Logo. in 2006, the logo has changed to match TF1 2006, in 2013, the logo was changed to match the current TF1 logo. in 2021, it was announced that KTMI will eventually acquire CS2 Media Holdings to merge. the merger will be completed in June 1st 2022.
