I don't post much on here anymore, i have too much stress on my mind related to school. But id like to take the time just to thank all of you. It's been 6 years since i created this account - to share my love of maps, my love of community, my love of scratch. I loved this place - the friends I made, and how i have "grown up" with some of them throughout being on this page. I've known people "on here" longer than my high school friends and i think it's important to state that. Whilst one may be online, it is still relevant to state how this community has been a part of my life. It's only been a small part of a greater circle of life - however it is significant nonetheless. Creating my first "mapping project" on a library computer during lunch in year 5, has been a massive butterfly effect leading onto my involvement in this community. Whilst I may never talk to people face-to-face, the enjoyment of the bonds of this community, remixing projects - creating a documentary - watching the "rise" and the "golden era" of this community was a true sight to see. I thank each and every one of you. Each of you who made a project in this community. Each of you that loved/favourited a project i took the time to create. Each of you that commented on something I "made". This community has been significant, and whilst it may have travelled through other platforms - It is truly rooted on scratch. It's been one wild ride, and i'm happy that i was there for the whole time. Thank you for everything. SM :) (this isnt a quitting message im still gonna roam around here)
