This story takes place a couple decades after the death of the Mane Six. It follows the adventures of a twelve year old student of Celestia named TerraQuill from Manehatten. Her adventure starts when a prisoner is taken to the princess (Dubedheart). Terra sees that the filly is in terrible condition and so thin that you can almost see her bones. She asks the Princess if she could give the filly some food. She says that she deserves to die of starvation and has her sent to an Alcatraz like part of the prison. Terra gets mad at her and (for the first time) yells at the princess. She decides to break her out by stealing a guard uniform. They both become wanted all over Equestria. During their journey, they meet some ponies who help them defeat Celestia with the help of Luna. And together they become The Lunar Outlaws!
