Look at em. Who is he: Cutman was working for Gospel, the main villan in Megaman Battle Network 2. He fought Megaman when Yumland was destroyed. He said he cleaned up survivors in the cities Commander Shadowman destroyed. If you want to use him as a bad guy, give him the same dialouge as shown above. If you want to use him as a good guy, make him and his P.E.T. owner either teammates or travelers.
