DISCLAIMER: The Malumshoom is NOT an actual real-life species, it is just an idea, a species exclusive to the universe of Scratch/my canon/etc. It might be recommended to run this project on TurboWarp with infinite clones on if you are to place A LOT of objects down, as if you don't, it may prevent you from placing anything and may prevent the spawn of spores and shroob sprouts: https://turbowarp.org/697211670?clones=Infinity In my last project ( https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/696582753/ ), I showcased an evil-ish extraterrestrial mushroom called the "Malumshroom". It is native to a planet called "FUNGO-617". This project is a simulation/emulation of FUNGO-617's environment where you can place down certain things from the planet to have them interact with each other. Here are all of the things you can place/do in the simulation: - TOUCH: Basically a "view mode". Click/Tap a malumshroom in this mode to have it release spores from above. - ERASE: Click/Tap on anything on the field to remove it. - AMAREMINI: A small mushroom that has a small chance to grow into a jumbo amaremini. - STENCH FERN: A large fern. If it is infected with malumshroom spores, then it will start to spread them until it decays. - OKITREE: A large palm-like tree. Twice as resistant to the malumshroom spores but still not immune. The log does not go away when it decays. - MALUMSHROOM: The small dirt patch that's placed from this will eventually grow into a malumshroom, an evil mushroom that spreads its spores everywhere. When it infects something with its spores, the thing that was infected may grow into more malumshrooms when it decays depending on what it is. Shroob sprouts also grow near malumshrooms and will decay if not near any. - RAISINBEETLE: A malumshroom spore-immune insect that eats malumshrooms if it stumbles upon one. Behaves somewhat like a flying pumpkin bug. Click/Tap any of the buttons on the bottom left corner of the project to pick one of these objects/modes.
NOTE: Although I showcased the morrul in the extras sprite in the showcase I made before, this simulation will not contain them due to the simulation not having any water bodies on screen. All assets are made by me and the raisinbeetle reuses some code from "Pumpkin Bugs" ( https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/436908538/ ).
