Space Built in 1941 for the USAF "The Swallow” would serve under the 375th squadron. however, after the rest of the 375th was destroyed it was repainted and was unassigned to a fighter squadron instead under the 361st squadron fighting Germans in Europe the original pilot named it "Swallow" after the bird. it never saw service in the Korean war but was used back in mainland USA and was retired and sold to a private investor in 1965 who has taken on and off to air shows and occasionally paints it different schemes. and is currently 1st Annual WGlobe Air Museum Airshow for the last few days. All of it's sister's crashed during the war this is the only survivor of the 375th
