This treaty united the colonies every country has established on the north pole, except Snowium, the unclaimed land we see on today's maps, into the Christmas Kingdom. Snowland itself is only the Christmas kingdom, because that's the only stable land settlements can be placed on. That and Snowium combined makes the Hiboticus North Pole. The treaty was signed in 1821, so Latin alphabets were only used by few countries.
