I decided to make up for it with a cool contest!! So lately I've been wanting some new OCs and knew that just putting a DMAC thing may not be enough for people to design stuff, so I decided to take it a step further!! Introducing the DMAC Contest!! A DMAC stands for Draw Me a Character. In this contest, I will give you a bunch of prompts and you have to make an OC with any of them. These OCs, in the end, are meant for me, but in this contest, the rules are a bit different. I have mood boards on here but you don't have to use them, it's up to you! :) So in this, anyone can design a character to any prompt, and you'll remix the project with the character's design. In the end, I will choose which designs I will keep and which I won't, and if I don't keep them, you'll get them back! You can then give them away or anything you want to do. But after the deadline, I will choose 1-3 from each prompt (Depending on how many I like and how many people enter). No matter if I keep a design or not, there will be a 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. These will be based on creativity and etc. I know that not all prompts will be used, and that's fine! :) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRIZES: 1st: 10 likes, 1 pfp, 1 fullbody, 1 custom, and a follow 2nd: 7 likes, 1 pfp, and 1 sketch 3rd: 5 likes and 1 sketch --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CRITERIA: /10 Creativity /10 Follows one of the prompts /10 Doesn't trace/use base/etc anything that would break the rules /10 Unique design (Isn't super basic, like a cat that's just yellow, or a girl with a school uniform and brown hair and no accessories) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RULES: 1. NO STEALING/TRACING ART 2. I prefer if you don't use bases, if you do decide to use a base, there's a better chance you might not win 3. In the prompts, if a gender is specified, try to keep that gender pls 4. You can draw as many characters as you want! There is no limit :) 5. Any species is fine! Though human/humanoid is preferred, points will not be deducted if you decide to draw a different species 6. Remix to enter 7. Don't put anyone down! 8. If I decide to keep the character, you may not use them! 9. If I decide to not keep the character I will tell you! 10. Picrew and gacha are accepted but you will lose some points 11. Anyone can enter, no matter of art skill. This contest is for design creativity, not for how many different drawings you can do of the character and bios and stuff. This isn't a dta, this is a contest of your DESIGNING skills not your art skills 12. If the due date is near, you can ask for a week extension 13. You do not have to ask to enter :) But you can tell me what you're entering for if you'd like! 14. Both traditional and digital are accepted! 15.
