#letssaygay TW FOR: homophobia, transphobia, outing recently, the florida governer passed the "dont say gay bill" this is a anti-lgbtq law that makes it illegal to say the words "gay" or "trans" in flordia's schools. it also makes it so that subjects related to lgbtq are illegal to be taught in school and if a student is found out to be queer the teacher must out them to their parents. this bill is wrong, its disgusting. queer kids suffer so much already and this just makes everything worse. theres a quote by kurzgesagt that inspires me: "a single ant is pretty useless, but together they are able to achive stunning feats" one voice cannot stop this harmful bill, but a whole choir might stop it. so its time to do something. lets say gay, lets say trans. lets stand together and help the queer youth in florida. spread around the hashtag #letssaygay put it on your instagram, your tiktok, your scratch, your twitter, anything SPREAD THE WORD. it dosent matter if you're gay, trans, straight, whatever. LETS SAY GAY! for the kids protesting in florida, you are extremley brave and i thank you for that. huge kudos to all of you, and dont let some person tell you that you arent valid BECAUSE YOU ARE VALID! spread it around. #letssaygay
