All you have to do is tell me what kind of game you want, and the general idea of what it will be. Please don't make it too complicated, as I DO have other projects I need to work on as well. -How it works- I will make the game, and then you will make a remix of it. Then, so the project is fully yours, I will permanently delete my version from my account. This leaves you with the only copy of the game that exists. It will still say "Thanks to @BrishanH88 for the original game," but what you can do is put in the notes or desc that you won it in a contest, and so you are the full owner of the game.
