Tiny’s been balanced a little bit and Top has two more forms. But more importantly, they have a Phase 2! Here are the rules: 1. Absolutely no cheating or OP-ness! This means infinite or near-infinite HP, insta-kill attacks, or infinite absolute defense. Temporary invincibility is OK though! 2. You can change the music if you want, it just needs to be intense enough for the battle and not low quality. 3. Don't prevent or remove Tiny or Top’s attacks. Blocking and dodging is fine. 4. I'll decide who moves first. 5. Don’t make Tiny or Top do stuff on your turn. accidentally shared it as soon as i made the copy lol.
