PROCESS: 1. This is a crusty old drawing from August 2020. Also what I'm going to be redrawing throughout this project. 2. I was far too lazy to draw a new outline, so I traced over the original. Pretty sure that defeats the whole purpose of "redrawing" but what the heck. 3. What it looks like w/o the original - gross, I know. 4. WHAT ARE THOSE- 5. Fixed the outline, LOL. It looks so much better xD 6. YEY LINEART! The lineart is my favorite part of any drawing, because you don't really have to do anything - just trace over your sketch. 7. IT LOOKS SO CLEAN OHMYGOSH 8. Turned black because the blue was u g l y 9. Attempted coloring the face (and failed miserably but WHATEVER) 10. More of the face 11. n e c k 12. e y e 13. YEY COLORED LINEART! Dunno why but colored lineart is absolutely my favorite thing in the world 14. m a s k 15. At this point I'm just procrastinating on the hair 16. Finally hair 17. I didn't even try to shade 18. Finished product! WOW this looks good 19. FEAST UR EYES 20. Dunno if you can tell but I changed the colors to suit my skin tone a bit more - I'm Asian, not white, so my skin should be more yellowy instead of pinkish 21. Bonus: traditional drawing of me with a mask. Not technically a redraw but it falls under the category of "me with a mask on." It looks a lot better in person LOL. Also I drew it in February (I think) so don't judge. AND THAT'S IT! Hope you enjoyed :)
