Caged- Chapter 2- -Nai- I was still shocked that I woke up with a fox, an enemy fox. My pack had never liked foxes, especially those that lived on the moor. This fox seemed nice. For now. I knew that if we didn’t find a way out of this box, then a bloody battle would happen between my wolf pack and Amber’s skulk. I told myself to start finding a clue. I didn’t see any more paw prints. While wandering around the cage, I woke up Amber. “Good morning Amber!” I said to her, “Good morning Nai!” Amber replied to me. “What do you think the clue is?” I asked her. “ I don’t know, but maybe it has something to do with the temple painting behind where you were sleeping, I didn’t see it because you were blocking it when you were sleeping,” I said. “Well, it could do something with that tiny gate in the middle!” Amber replied. “...Nai, would we not escape one bay? And who put us in here?” Amber said. “I-I don’t know,” I replied. Suddenly the tiny gate opened, and a fox crawled through it, “Quartz! What are you doing here? I thought you went missing from the skulk days ago!” Amber. “A human put me in here. They trapped me in a net,” Quartz whimpered. “We woke up here, my name is Nai,” I said to Quartz, calming her down. “Uh,” Amber asked, “Do we go the way Quartz came?” “Yeah, I guess,” I replied back to Amber. Together, we crawled through the small door, into a larger room, with numbers all over it. “Woah! This place is so cool!” Amber said, “But why are some of the letters red and some white? “Maybe it’s a clue?” Quartz replied, “But I’m too tired, let's go to sleep.” Then we all fell asleep.
